Day 2 Arrive Reykjavik, Iceland - Viking World Museum - City Tour
Greetings! Iceland is a perfect destination to behold its natural beauty, enjoy its gastronomy, and be enthralled by its artistry and culture. Start your day with breakfast at the Viking World Café, then tour the Viking World Museum to experience Viking history and traditions in Reykjavik. Then be amazed by the city's iconic attractions, such as the Harpa Concert Hall and Hallgrímskirkja Church. Afterward, check in to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at your leisure. End the day with a welcome dinner at your hotel (B,D)
Day 3 Reykjavik - Blue Lagoon
A half-day visit to the Blue Lagoon is an experience like no other! This geothermal spa offers you a unique opportunity to relax and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. At the Blue Lagoon you can enjoy the warm and soothing geothermal waters, the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape, and the healing properties of the mineral-rich mud found at the bottom of the lagoon. Enjoy a drink and a healing face mask as you experience a moment of R&R. Today, you will be sure to have an unforgettable experience. In the afternoon, return to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure (B)
Day 4 Reykjavik - Golden Circle Tour
Embark on an all-day journey of Iceland's Golden Circle and be astonished by its beguiling sights! Start with a stop to visit Hellisheidavirkjun, the country's newest geothermal heat and electric power station. Then onwards to admire the breathtaking views of Thingvellir National Park and get enlightened about its history, as it was the location of Iceland's first government in 930 AD. Next, go to Fontana and participate in a geothermal bakery presentation and sample delectable bread. Then travel to the distinct Geyser geothermal area and the astounding Gullfoss waterfall. Get a close look at the Great Geyser, the world's first geyser, and watch as it throws hot water up to 70 meters in the sky. Then, take a stroll to the magnificent Gullfoss waterfall, and be awestruck by its sheer size and power. From the wide canyon, it cascades into to the thunderous roar of the water as it plunges into the basin below. You'll be mesmerized by the beauty of this natural wonder. Make sure to take many pictures to catch the natural beauty of the landscape. After lunch, continue to the back to Reykjavik. This evening maybe venture out in search of the Northern Lights* (B,L)
Day 5 Reykjavik - South Coast Tour
Depart your hotel and take a full-day excursion to experience the South Coast of Iceland. Start the morning with a visit to the country's most beautiful waterfall - Skogafoss. Then, explore the Skogar Folk Museum, depicting traditional Iceland life. Continue your journey with views of the Hekla and Eyjafjalla volcanoes. The Hekla volcano, one of the most active volcanoes in Iceland, and the Eyjafjallajokull volcano famously disrupted air travel in 2010 with its ash cloud. Then it's off to the remote and captivating coastal village of Vik, famous for its stunning black sand beaches and dramatic cliffs. This evening you arrive back in Reykjavik and relax, head to a local restaurant, and enjoy (B)
Day 6 Reykjavik
Spend a full free day in Reykjavik, Iceland's beautiful capital city! Start your day with a stroll through the city's iconic streets and explore the unique architecture, taking in the views of the harbor and the stunning mountain backdrop. Stop by a local cafe for a bite to eat and a cup of coffee. Maybe, explore the city's many museums and galleries, or browse the shops for souvenirs and take a break in one of the city's many parks. Afterward, take a walk along the waterfront and admire the colorful houses that line the harbor. This evening a Farewell Dinner will be served at the hotel (B,D)

Quest Voyager cannot guarantee a successful viewing experience of the Northern Lights of Iceland due to the unpredictability of the aurora borealis. While we strive to provide the best locations for a successful viewing experience, we cannot guarantee a sighting of the Northern Lights. The best viewing times to see them based on our departure dates are the months of February, March and October.
