Day 1 Depart USA Enjoy meals and beverages on board as you begin your extraordinary journey.


Day 2 Milan/Biella Prepare for an unforgettable experience that will captivate every sense in Italy’s enchanting Piedmont region. Savor legendary wines—Barolo, Barbaresco, Nebbiolo, Asti—and indulge in culinary delights, including prized white truffles, hazelnuts, chocolate, artisan cheeses, and diverse rice specialties. Enjoy wine tastings in centuries-old cellars, explore majestic castles, museums, spiritual sites, and historic sanctuaries, and shop in the global headquarters for textiles and designer fashion. Upon arrival in Milan, transfer to your home base in Biella to launch your Italian adventure. Tonight, dinner is at the hotel (D)


Day 3 Biella/Candelo/Roppolo/Biella In this hidden corner of the world called Biella you will have a truly authentic Italian experience. Whether you are strolling through an open-air market, shopping for the latest fashions in a chic boutique, or gazing over the medieval part of town, the charms of this Italian town will embrace you. Here, you will marvel at the Cathedral, dedicated to Biella’s patron Saint Stephen that stands proudly aside the 11th century Baptistery, still in use today. In the cathedral, you will see an amazing painting -- a rare example of “The Sunday Christ.” This well-preserved 15th century fresco depicts Jesus Christ appearing pierced and wounded. Next, you will discover the Ricetto di Candelo, a medieval fortified village built between the 13th and 14th centuries whose cellars were once used to store grains and wine and are now modern-day artists’ studios, wine shops, and restaurants. After lunch, the exploration continues with a visit to Roppolo Castle and wine tasting. This ancient castle dates back to the late 9th century and is located on top of a hill, guarding the road from the Vercelli plains and leading to the Alps of Valle d’Aosta. After an exciting day of discovery, you will return to your hotel in Biella for dinner. (B,D)


Day 4 Biella –Turin Optional Tour Day at Leisure Today you will have the opportunity to experience the capital of the Piedmont region, and in fact, the first capital of Italy – Turin. On your optional tour, you will visit the Holy Shroud Museum*, showcasing details about the research conducted on the Shroud since 500AD. This part of the tour culminates in the Church of the Holy Shroud, where a perfect life-size color reproduction of the Shroud is preserved. According to the tradition, this is the replica of what is believed to be the Shroud mentioned in the Gospels that was used to envelop the body of Jesus Christ in the Sepulcher. As the day continues, tour the city’s center. From the beautiful Piazza Castello, you can see the Palazzo Reale, Palazzo Madama, the Royal Library and Armory, the Teatro Regio, the Church of San Lorenzo, and the Cathedral of San Giovanni, where the actual Holy shroud, has been preserved since 1578. Day 5 Biella/Lake Maggiore/Biella Simply breathtaking, the Italian “Lago Maggiore” beckons for you to enjoy. Today you will tour part of Italy’s second-largest lake by boat, which stretches from Sesto Calende to Switzerland in its entirety. Visit two of the Borromean Islands: Isola Bella and Isola Madre. On Isola Bella, discover the majestic Baroque-style Palace and its formal Italian-style gardens sprawled over ten terraces. On Isola Madre, stroll through its splendid Renaissance Palace surrounded by an awe-inspiring botanical garden with subtropical plants, and rare flora of camellia, azalea, and rhododendron. Explore the lake’s most famous town Stresa while taking in the captivating surroundings. (B)
Day 6 – Biella/Wine country (Barolo/Biella) Today, take the opportunity to venture into Piedmont’s acclaimed wine country on this tour. The capital of Langhe, Alba, is famous for its white truffles and fine wines, particularly Italy’s premier reds -- Barolo and Barbaresco made from the Nebbiolo grape. In Barolo, a picturesque town located in the heart of the wine hills, enjoy a guided visit to the new Wine Museum, at the Castello di Barolo, a groundbreaking exhibit devoted to the nectar of the gods, followed by a wine tasting. Day 6 Biella/Wine country (Barolo/Biella) Today, take the opportunity to venture into Piedmont’s acclaimed wine country on this tour. Day 7 Biella/Optional half-day Sanctuary Tour Day at leisure Embark on an optional half-day journey to the awe-inspiring Sanctuary of Oropa. Explore a sacred complex of 19 chapels—twelve adorned with frescoes, statues celebrating the Madonna, and seven depicting renowned Christian narratives. As a UNESCO World Heritage site, this mountain-top sanctuary also displays hundreds of heartfelt “Ex Voto” paintings from pilgrims dating back to the 15th century. In the afternoon, enjoy free time to explore Biella’s famed shopping scene— home to iconic design names like Cerruti, Fila, Zegna, and Piacenza. Tonight, dinner is at a local restaurant. (B,D)


Day 8 Biella/Zegna/Biella Biella is a major center for textile engineering, featuring thousands of textile companies that lead the world’s wool production. This place is globally renowned for its wool and cashmere garments. An internationally acclaimed fashion house Ermenegildo Zegna was founded 100 years ago in the province of Biella. Visit the acclaimed Casa Zegna and enjoy the chance to shop in this unique establishment. Then, tour Biella’s historic Menabrea Brewery—for a tour and beer-tasting experience. Established in 1846 and celebrated for its award-winning lager. Later enjoy leisure time exploring the city’s charming streets before dinner at a local venue. (B,D)


Day 9 Biella/Milan to USA or extend your stay with an optional Milan extension Conclude your Italian odyssey with a morning transfer from Biella to Milan for your return flight home—or choose to extend your stay and further immerse yourself in the magic of Milan. (B)

Day 9 Biella/Bergamo/Milan Perched atop a hill in Italy’s Lombardy region, the medieval walled city of Bergamo Alta beckons you to relive history. Wander through the charming Piazza Vecchia and admire architectural treasures dating back to the 5th century A.D. before descending into the vibrant energy of Bergamo Bassa and arriving in Milan, where free time awaits to explore at your leisure. Day 10 Milan – City Tour Embark on a captivating half-day tour of Milan, Italy’s fashion capital. Discover iconic landmarks and immerse yourself in the city’s dynamic spirit with an expert guide. Marvel at the medieval Sforza Castle, stand in awe before the Duomo—Italy’s largest Gothic masterpiece crowned with 135 marble spires and the iconic Golden Madonnina—and see the world-class Scala Opera House. Stroll through the stylish Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and uncover the mystery of Milan. Later, enjoy an evening free to savor Milan’s exquisite dining and vibrant street life. (B)


Day 11 Milan to USA After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your return flight home, carrying memories of an extraordinary Italian adventure. (B)
